Features:
1. Feeding and discharging grains from the top of dryer: Cancel the top auger, grain will directly flow to the drying part, avoid mechanical failure, lower power consumption and reduce the paddy broken rate;
2. Cancel the lower auger, use unpowered type equalizer, grains can be distributed uniformly, less mechanical failure;
3. Crosswise six-groove drying technology: Thin drying layer, lower drying cost while higher drying efficiency;
4. Resistance-type online moisture meter: Error rate is ±0.5 only (Deviation for raw paddy moisture is within 3% only), very accurate and reliable moisture meter;
5. The dryer comes with fully automatic computer controlling system, easy on operation, high automation.
6. Discharging gravity is pneumatic controlled: Shorten the discharging time, energy saved;
7. The drying-layers adopt assembling mode, its strength is higher than the welding drying-layers, more convenient for maintenance and installation;
8. All the contact surfaces with grains in the drying-layers are designed with inclination, which can effectively offset the transverse force of grains, help to prolong the service life of the drying-layers;
9. The drying-layers has larger ventilation area, the drying is more uniform, and the utilization rate of hot air is significantly improved.
How Did Dryer Machine Works?
1) Our dryer need one fuel burner to supply hot air goes into the dryer to remove the moisture on the grains's surface
2) After short time drying,grains would be circulating through the elevator,we call it "tempering zoon"to let the moisture inside the kernal to escape
3) When the moisture inside the kernal already escaped to the surface,it would drying again,then continue the process,temerping again
4) The drying time compare to tempering time would be around 1:5,so there's no additional damage or crack for the raw grains
5) Have online moisture meter to test and record the present moisture,would automatically shut down when reach the target
6) Lots of heating resources could be choosen,such as diesel,gas,coal,biomass material,each options are determind by clients request
